Consistent exposure to heat in your training over a long period of time triggers a physiological adaptation called hyperthermic conditioning. The result is an athletic state with heightened bio markers that benefits performance.

THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM

The lymphatic system is our body’s natural sanitation center, responsible for eliminating acids, toxins, and chemicals from our bodies. Unlike the circulatory system, which relies on the heart to stimulate the blood vessels, the lymphatic system relies on muscle movement for its stimulation.

Pommello Sweats™ was designed to help stimulate the lymphatic system. As your body warms up in the Sweats, the generated heat and muscle contractions increase lymphatic flow, reducing inflammation when injured, speeding recovery, and improving health.

USING YOUR POMMELLO SWEATS™ SAFELY

Proper Hydration

Water intake should be based on your body weight. A simple calculation is to take your weight in pounds, divide that by two and that’s how many ounces you need to drink a day.

Basic guidelines are to drink water throughout exercise at a rate of 8 ounces per 10-20 minutes of exercise. If sweating more than an hour, you may need to replace electrolytes to prevent deficiency.

Awareness

Always be aware of your cognitive state.

We do not recommend training with the Pommello Sweats™ if you experience any dizziness or nausea. Ease into use if you’re not accustomed to strenuous exercise.
