- Proper water intake
- If you do any activity that makes you sweat, you need to drink extra water to recover the fluid loss. It's important to drink water before, during and after a workout. Drinking 2.7 litres - 3 litres (11.25 cups - 12.5 cups) a day is commonly suggested for women and 3.7 litres (15.41 cups) is suggested for men.
- Always be aware of your cognitive state
- We do not recommend training with the Pommello Sweats if you experience any dizziness or nausea.
